ずっと
「着てみたかった」
その想いを胸に、
海外から函館を訪れてくれた女性たち。
初めて袖を通した着物、
そして目の前に広がる
雪景色の函館。
寒ささえも忘れてしまうほど、
心はワクワクでいっぱいでした。
雪の中での撮影を楽しんだあとは、
スタジオへ移動して
落ち着いた空間の中で
ゆっくりと写真撮影。
着物を着た自分の姿に、
思わずこぼれる笑顔。
「着てみたかった」
その気持ちが叶った、
特別な一日となりました。

They came all the way from overseas,
carrying a simple wish in their hearts ?
“I want to try wearing a kimono.”
In snowy Hakodate,
that wish finally came true.
It was their first time wearing kimono,
their first time seeing snow like this,
and their excitement was impossible to hide.
After enjoying photos outdoors,
we moved into the studio,
where they could relax
and enjoy a calm photo session.
Seeing themselves in kimono,
their smiles said everything.
A small wish,
fulfilled on a beautiful winter day in Hakodate.
